I've been a private reading tutor since 2005 and I've been tutoring online since 2017.

When I was a child my family read to me all the time.  I grew up loving to read and I still do.

I was one of the lucky ones who learned to read easily.  There were, and still are, so many kids who struggle to read accurately and fluently with comprehension.  I became a reading tutor because I believe reading is a right, not a privilege, and because I believe all kids CAN learn to read.

I still get goosebumps when I see children smile with pride after they have successfully read a complete sentence without hesitation for the first time!
